2. Full vs. Partial Refunds: - Full refunds will be issued if a product or service is returned unused, undamaged, and in its original condition. - Partial refunds may apply if the item shows signs of use or the service was only partially delivered.
3. Conditions for Refund Eligibility: Refunds can be granted if: The product arrived damaged or defective. - The service did not align with the agreed-upon scope or description. - You change your mind within the 14-day period and return the item in pristine condition. Refunds are not available for: - Digital downloads or custom styling packages once delivered. - Services that have been fully rendered.
4. Return Shipping: If you need to return a physical product, you will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
